Llullucha, mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, tarwi, sacha inchi and corn, marinated in lemon juice, yellow chili, smoked chili, served with red onion, caramelized sweet potato, yucca, lettuce, toasted corn, banana chifle and fried yuyo.

MIXED CEBICHE

Fresh chunks of parakeet, trout or corvine, prawn, octopus, squid and squid marinated in lemon juice, chili pepper, hot pepper, yellow chili sauce, spicy smoked chili pepper, special shrimp coral sauce, served with red onion, caramelized sweet potato, yucca, corn, lettuce, toasted corn, banana chifle, fried yuyo, pork rinds and chilcano.

JOEL TELLO VILCHEZ MASTER CHEF & SHAMAN INKA

He was born on June 8, 1980, he grew up in the city of Trujillo - Peru, from a very young age he awakened his vocation for the art of cooking. He studied at the School of the European Union, specializing in Restaurant & Bar, with the particularity of dedicating himself to the world of Gastronomy and Tourism.

After completing his studies, he decided to visit the three Regions of Peru; Coast, Mountains and Jungle. His investigation of trying new flavors and learning about traditional recipes would last 16 months. There he would learn the different gastronomic traditions and ancestral customs of Peru.

PACHAMAMA PERU MUSEUM

The Pachamama Peru Museum it has the exhibition of more than 250 medicinal plants, master plants and gastronomic products of Peru. It is an eco-sustainable and environmentally friendly company. It was created to develop tourist activity with a modern vision and an inclusive policy, the same that aims to rescue, preserve, revalue and disseminate the ancestral knowledge and knowledge of natural medicine and spirituality, transmitted through the years as part of our tradition, identity and living culture of Peru.

INTI HAMPI HERBARIUM

The Inti Hampi Herbarium was created to conserve and collect medicinal plants, master plants, gastronomic products and seeds from Peru. These samples are kept for approximately 100 years and as material for botanical studies and for future generations.

CHASKA WASI ART GALLERY

The theme of the Chaska Wasi art gallery is dedicated to natural medicine, master plants and the ancestral spirituality of being from Peru. The exhibition is in charge of the alumni of the prestigious Diego Quispe Tito National University of Art.
